The V Care Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving free support, hope, information, and hope to cancer patients and their families through outreach programmes and services that improve their quality of life.
RemarksEligibility - when cancer hits a young patient's eye. The eye is removed, and a prosthesis is placed in its place. This cost roughly around covers 5000/- per child and V care takes care of it. Program for Young Adults is where the funds are offered to patients between the ages of 18 and 25 who are getting treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital and require funding to begin or continue the initial phase of their treatment. Amount: The following funds are allocated to medicine, treatment, and supportive care, Low-income patients receive Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000; middle-income patients receiving treatment in a private hospital receive Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000; and special finance via V Care slips worth Rs 10,000 apiece, given by TMH doctors. Special funds for bone marrow transplantation (BMT) and the treatment of germ cell tumours are made available.
