Mahatma Phule Jan Arogya Yojana (MPJAY), formerly 'Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayee Arogya Yojana' (RGJAY)- The Government of Maharashtra has a principal program called Mahatma Jyotirao Pule Jan Arogya Yojana which provides cashless services through a network of service providers for the detected disease. This health care project is taken care of by the Government of Maharashtra for deprived people of the state of Maharashtra who hold one of the four cards issued by the Government (Antyodaya card, Annapurna card, yellow ration card or orange ration card)

Remarks

Amount: Coverage for meeting all expenses relating to hospitalization of beneficiary up to Rs. 1,50,000 per family per year in any of the empaneled hospitals subject to package rates on cashless basis through valid ration card Benefit shall be available to each member of the family on floater basis I In case of renal transplant surgery, upper ceiling is Rs 2,50,000 per operation as an exceptional package exclusively for this procedure Eligibility: Families belonging to any of the 36 districts of Maharashtra and holding Yellow Ration Card, Antyodaya Anna Yojana Card (AAY), Annapurna Card and Orange Ration Card Farmers from 14 agriculturally distressed districts of Maharashtra (Amravati, Akola, Aurangabad, Buldhana, Beed, Hingoli, Jalna, Nanded, Latur, Osmanabad, Parbhani, Wardha, Washim and Yavatmal). Family means members as listed on the valid card and White ration card holder with 7/12 from 14 agriculturally distressed districts
