From the moment an insured person starts insurable employment, full medical care is provided to them or her and their family. There aren't any restrictions on how much an insured person or a family member can spend on medical treatment. On payment of a nominal annual premium, medical care is also provided to retired and permanently disabled insured people and their spouses.
